Do I need to get permission from my building for a repair visit?
Some Dubai buildings ask contractors to register at reception or need a work permit from building management, especially in Downtown, Business Bay and the Marina. If yours does, tell us when you book and we'll bring what's needed. Letting security know our technician is coming saves time at the gate.
Can you come the same day in Dubai?
Often, depending on where you are and how full the day is. Call early in the day for the best chance. We'll give you a realistic time window when you book.
Is there parking needed for the technician?
It helps. If your building has visitor parking, please let us know which entrance to use. Otherwise the technician will find nearby paid parking.
I live in a villa. Do you repair appliances in outside laundry rooms?
Yes. Laundry rooms in villas are often outside the main house and get very hot in summer. That heat is hard on washers and dryers, and we'll give you advice on ventilation as part of the visit.
