Where to find the model number
Finding your model number
Every Siemens appliance has a rating plate with an E-Nr. (the model) and an FD number (the production date). Sending us both means we can check parts before the visit.
- Washing machines and dryers: on the rim inside the door.
- Dishwashers: on the side edge of the door.
- Fridges: inside, on a side wall, usually near the bottom.
- Ovens: on the frame, visible when the door is open.

What information should I have ready when I call?
The appliance type, the model number (the E-Nr. on the rating plate), what it's doing, and any error code on the display. A photo or short video on WhatsApp is even better.
